By making a purchase with The Gecko Loft you acknowledge that you have read and understood the TOS (Terms Of Sale) and have agreed to them.

Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a live sale, or have parents consent, payments are accepted by Debit, Credit, Etransfer or PayPal only unless local pickup or expo, cash will be accepted but no personal checks. The Gecko Loft also has the right to refuse a sale for any reason PERIOD!
Local pickup or shipping can be arranged at buyers expense. No shipping available during winter months, weather must be good on both ends to ensure safe travel and live arrival. Geckos will also not be shipped until 5+ grams. If purchasing a live sale during winter months I do winter holds at no extra charge until safe shipping weather permits.
Live arrival guarantee, for this to be valid I do require photo/video proof from the moment you receive your shipment! In the off chance of a DOA (dead upon arrival) I will offer a full refund of the gecko only or credit to be used for any future purchases of equal amount that does not expire, you the purchaser will still be responsible for shipping cost.
The Gecko Loft is not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling. Once the animal leaves my hands I cannot control everything that happens afterwards.
Please note that during shipping geckos will sometimes drop their tails due to stress. This does not affect the health or breeding ability of the gecko, nor does it affect the value, therefore NO compensation will be offered in the case of a tail loss during shipment, or while on hold.
Payment plans will be available on geckos valued at $200+ with a 30% non refundable deposit. The remaining purchase price must be paid in full within 30 days of the deposit. Extensions can be made on higher price animals. If a buyer fails to pay off the remaining amount by the 30 day mark or which ever term we have agreed upon, and no contact has been made by you the buyer you will lose your deposit, and the gecko will be listed once again. I DO NOT have time to chase people around and remind them of their payment plan, that is the buyers responsibility! If a gecko is paid in full and you decide to back out afterwards, you will lose the full amount paid, if shipping has already been booked there will be no refunds for shipping. I am not responsible for you having a change of heart, and it is unfair for me to lose out on other potential sales. So before making that purchase be sure you are fully committed.
